Myself Mitul from BE8, recently got placed in Hyundai Mobis R&D.Geting placed into
a company that is global leader in Automobile Industry is like dream come true.

First of all I would like to thank lord for his grace and mercy. Next I would like
to thank my parents for their support. I express my heartfelt thanks to Vector
Institute Bangalore for their continuous support. Heatedly thanks to Guru
Sir,Tandava Sir and Pramod Sir for their continuous efforts in nurturing our
skills. My sincere thanks to Joshi sir for his effective sessions which has helped
me a lot in hr round. Thank all the LC's and my dear friends who always helped me
and encouraged me.

Coming to Mobis, There were five rounds and Three Day interview Schedule

�1) Written Test :

�2) 1st Technical Round

�3) 2nd Technical Round

�4) HR Round

�5) Korean Director Round

1) Written Test (1 Hour)(Day 1)

There were 3 sections

� Basic Electronics + Microcontroller + Linux Internals (20 Questions)

� C MCQs (20 Questions)

� Aptitude (10 Questions)

� Topics asked

Sec .1:

� Basic Electronics : Diode,Transistor,Opamp

� Microcontroller : 8051,I2C,CAN(introductory Question),ADC

� Linux Internal (1 or 2 Question)

Sec .2:

� C MCQs : prepare test ur C skills book. And try to prepare GURU Sir�s
note book accurately. These are only things that will help you most.

Sec .3:

� Aptitude : Profit and Loss, Relative Speed, Time and Distance,

Probability, Permutation and Combination, Percentage

\\\\\\\ Tips : In Mobis most of the times it happens that if you start to solve
paper from Aptitude, It will be hard to complete ur paper in time

Start ur paper from C and electronics. Try to complete both of the

sections within 35 minutes so that you can get time to solve Aptitude questions
properly.

� Up to My knowledge it was section wise cut-off. So you have to prepare for

all of above sections.

2) 1st technical Round (1.5 Hour)(Day 2)

� 2 interviewer panel will conduct this interview process

� Prepare your final year project perfectly (Block diagram, Code, with Each
interfacing explanation that you have used in project)

� They asked Questions from C, Linux internals, RTOS, Microcontroller.

Tips: Prepare Guru Sir�s note book accurately. Each and every sentence that he is
teaching in lecture, if you are having note of that, that will help you the most.

Solve �Test your C Skills� book and as much as possible and if you are having any
doubts, then ask to Tandava sir, he is having very useful and shortcut tricks.

3) 2nd Technical Round (45 mins.)(Day 2)

� This is Managerial + Technical Round

� Prepare your Basic Electronics and Digital Electronics Questions because
many of the student got rejected due to these things only in this round.

� Technical Questions asked from:

� Logic gates

� Implementation using NAND gate

� Their difference

� Basic electronics concepts like 555 timer IC and transistor

� Your Final Year project Eplain

� Structure and Union

� Pre-processor

� Function Pointer

(Some of the students was being asked to solve their wrong questions from apti,c
and electronics)

� Managerial Question

� Tell Me about Yourself

� Have you ever gone through our website? If yes then what you have
observed?

� (Go through Mobis Indian website)

� What is your 3 yr. goal?

� Why you want to work for Mobis?

� How you manage your day?

� How you spend your weekend?

� What you did in between span of completion of your degree and started
training in vector ?

� What is management according to your point of view?

4) HR Round (20 Minutes)

� Tell Me About yourself

� Your family Background.

� About vector Training

� Why you want to join Mobis

Like this he will ask you general questions to check your communication and
presentation skills. Moreover They will inform you about company working policies.
This is formality round and if you are not doing any blunder then it is really easy
to crack.

5) Korean Directorial Round (45 Minutes)(Day 3)

� Director will ask you some general questions Like�

o What your parents used to teach you when you were child

o Which languages you have studied from vector

o Why we are using Microcontroller instead of Microcontroller ?

(Don�t give him technical answer. Just say due to Money Purpose. This is the only
answer he want)

o (He will Try to demotivate you to check your confidence level and willingness
to get selected by saying you�)

You are having only basic skills, and we are not required candidates like you, what
we will do with this? So really sorry for that, we can�t hire you.

(Don�t get Demotivated, just try to catch his expressions and his words and give
him a confident answer about why he should hire you)

Tips : Communicate Confidently

Give his Genuine reasons and commitments

Broad your thoughts regarding revenue in electronics products.

Don�t try to cut anyone�s communication with director, he is

noticing these things strictly.

Follow Joshi Sir�s Instructions, He will give you really good

suggestions about HR interview.

Finally it was all over, and i got selected..!!

So be patient, trust vector, it will help you get what you deserve. Do attend all
the companies but learn from your mistakes if any.
