2015 to present - Undergrad in Irish and New Media - University of Limerick

I am currently going into my third year of my course and am really enjoying
both the content and the experience of living in Limerick. The different modules all
have different deadlines which has really helped me improve my organisational skills
in terms of juggling deadlines and priorities.

2009 to 2015 - Loreto Secondary school, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary

Studied seven subjects in Leaving Cert cycle, six honours and one ordinary
level

Work experience

2011 to 2015 - Sales Assistant - Ward Motorsport Merchandise, Fethard.

I worked as a sales assistant for four years in Ward motorsport. This combined my
love of the sport and my passion for interacting with people on a daily basis. While I
started out doing customer assistance, my responsibilities grew and developed over
my time there. Some of my main duties were:
o Ensuring all customers were assisted and found what t
o hey were looking for
o Cash handling and ensuring relevant cash handling procedures were followed
o Security, opening and closing the business at the beginning and end of each
day
o Interaction with and dealing with troublesome/aggressive customers
o Assisting in the training of new sales assistants

I also did some part time work in my family business in order to improve my skills in

o Diary Management and ensuring no meetings or events clashed
 o Ensuring the office and reception area had the correct amount of stationary
through ensuring we did not go below our base amount of stationary stock

o Act as a switchboard dealing with as many queries as possible and forwarding

 I have completed my bronze medal in public speaking with LAMDA, The
London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art.
 I have completed my rescue 4 in water safety.
 I am a fully qualified swimming instructor.

 I have a strong interest in rallying and help out a lot in my local club.
