GST COMPLIANT SOFTWARE

Project Definition:
The GST Compliant Software would be an invoice-making and stock-checking software.

Scope:
The software would have two parts as per modules:

(1) Inventory Module:

This module will be dedicated with the opening stock of a company as soon as a new company is
registered or the existing company has perceived the inclusion of new stocks and also with the
maintainence of the stocks of the company.
Secondly, this module will also consist of the “Purchase: In Quantity”, “Sales module: Out
Quantity”, amd the “Return” modules.
The “Return” modules will be present because of two reasons – Not according to the requirement
of the customer and Because of faulty products.

(2) Invoice Handler:

This module will be dedicated specifically with the formation of the invoices of the customer and
selling the various items of the companies to the customers upon addition of respectively
applicable GST taxes over the product.

Limitations:
This version of the software would consist only of the sales module.
Also, as the govt. Purchase model is quite high in case of the GST project, to continue their cycle,
we would just be considering it in the sales module.
