Seat auction:
In this type auction admin can able to enter the number of
seats and price value of each seat, user can able to buy the
seat through payment gateways, once all the seat are sold
out, a start date is notified by the seat purchased user through
emails, only a seat purchased user can able to bid on this
auction type and the bids are unlimited

Scratch auction:
In this type of auction admin can set the no of bids reduce per
bid and price for the each scratch, for each scratch the price
will drop,initially user cant able to see the scratch price,the
price will be displayed only when user click the scratch button
for 15 sec and buy now button appears if user like that price
then click on the buy now button to won the auction
