Avram Noam Chomsky said: ‘If we choose, we can live in a world of comforting
illusion’. Now, nothing towards the person of Avram Noam Chomsky, but
towards his idea presented, now. That notion as central critic against of the
books of self-development, against the books of the psychology of the success;
as the flag of the critics on that side. Now, ERD enter, and defend the referred
books. Because of that books – and with preference to international authors -,
because the reading of that books activate networks, systems of neurons of our
brain. Complexity and richness, and, obviously, they are investigations with
excellence towards more investigations. While, the bonus is highlighted for us.

Language is a process of free creation; its laws and principles are fixed, but the
manner in which the principles of generation are used is free and infinitely

Your Success Comes from a Few Things

Remember, 80 percent of your results comes from 20 percent of what you do. In
other words, 80 percent of your profits [incomes] comes from 20 percent of your
products and services; 80 percent of your productivity comes from 20 percent
of your people; 80 percent of your success comes from 20 percent of your
activities, and so on. You must stand [situate] back and be clear about the top
20 percent in each area when you face a sudden [unexpected] reversal
[misfortune] in your business.

Start with your area of specialization. In what customers, markets, or products

do you specialize and focus your time, attention, and efforts? If you were to ask
your customers about your business and your area of focus, what would they
say? A major reason for business problems is the tendency to expand out of your
areas of specialization into areas where you are not as good.

Principle of Absolute Advantage

Adam Smith may have been the first scholar [researcher] to investigate formally
the rationale behind [after] foreign trade. In his book Wealth of Nations, Smith
uses the principle of absolute advantage as the justification for international
trade. According to this principle, a country should export a commodity
[product] that can be produced at a lower cost than can other nations.
Conversely [On the contrary], it should import a commodity that can only be
produced at a higher cost than can other nations.

In this instance it should be apparent why trade should take place between the
two countries. The United States has an absolute advantage for computers but
an absolute disadvantage for automobiles. For Japan the absolute advantage
exists for automobiles and an absolute disadvantage for computers. If each
country specializes in the product for which it has an absolute advantage, each
can use its resources more effectively while improving consumer welfare [well-
being] at the same time.

Since the United-States would use less resources in making computers, it should
produce this product for its own consumption [utilization] as well as for export
to Japan. Based on this same rationale [justification], the United States should
import automobiles from Japan rather than manufacture them itself. For Japan,
of course, automobiles would be exported and computers imported.

An analogy may help demonstrate the value of the principle of absolute

advantage. A doctor is absolutely better than a mechanic in performing surgery
[operation of hospital], whereas the mechanic is absolutely superior in repairing
cars. It would be impractical for the doctor to practice medicine as well as repair
the car when repairs are needed. Just as impractical would be the reverse
situation, for the mechanic to attempt the practice of surgery. Thus, for
practicality each person should concentrate on and specialize in the craft
[expertise] that person has mastered [learned]. Similarly, it would not be
practical for consumers to attempt to produce all the things they desire to
consume. One should practice what one does well and leave the production of
other things to people who produce them well.

The previous argument gives us the understanding in relation to «Principle of

Absolute Advantage». Theme with roots from the book «Wealth of Nations»,
book of the eminent «Adam Smith». How is that communication?!. That theme,
performs one step towards our knowledge, and it does!. Well, we change a little
the tone, and we observe our magazines. So, in the course of the Magazines of
the Leadership of 100 and 5 Stars, we learn, both, The English Language, and
the Leadership. So, we are active, and great learning. Affirmative!.

I believe, of course, that there are facts of the matter independent of our culture,
independent of our social order, independent of our language. But I believe, at
the same time, that, when we make statements of fact, those statements of fact
belong to our culture. So I believe completely that there is a world independent
of our thoughts, but when we start to represent that world and when we talk
about it, we’re talking about cultural entities. What else could they be?

Steven Shapin

During the 17th century, and especially the middle part of the 17th century,
there was throughout Europe a sense of crisis. It was a crisis in social order. The
Royal Society was established in 1660, at the same time as the restoration of the
monarchy, after decades of civil war. In Europe as a whole, the wars of religion,
especially the 30-Years War, from 1618 to 1648, had convinced a lot of people
that the disorder and the violence that Europe was experiencing proceeded
from a crisis in knowledge, a crisis in belief. Only if people could be put on the
same page, only if they could agree upon the right rules of reasoning, it was
thought, could a secure social order be restored and maintained. And so there
were initiatives within religion, initiatives within philosophy and initiatives
within science to provide a solution to this problem of knowledge, to get
everyone to agree on the proper means of generating, validating, transmitting,
and modifying knowledge. And that makes philosophy and science more
relevant to large-scale problems of order than we are accustomed to thinking.

What interested me so much in your book was the idea that so many people, in
so many walks of life must have already understood the relativity of time ⎯ in
their lives, in their bones, in a certain way. Even if they couldn’t understand
Einstein’s mathematics, nevertheless [however], they knew it in some sense.

The construction of hypotheses is a creative act of inspiration, intuition,

Friedman, Milton

This creative use of the imagination is not only the fountain [cascade] of all
inspiration in poetry and art, but is also the source of discovery in science, and
indeed [in fact] supplies the initial impulse to all development and progress. It
is this creative power of the imagination which has inspired and guided all the
great discoveries in science.

Innovation - One of our starting-points is that innovation is a ubiquitous

[abundant] phenomenon in the modern economy. In practically all parts of the
economy, and at all times, we expect to find ongoing [constant] processes of
learning, searching and exploring, which result in new products, new
techniques, new forms of organization and new markets. In some parts of the
economy, these activities might be slow, gradual and incremental, but they will
still [yet] be there if we take a closer [nearer] look.

Innovation Performance

This means that innovating firms must have certain competencies, such as the
capacity to:

1. carry out [perform] a routinized search for new knowledge;

2. change the search routines when necessary;

3. utilize the search results;

4. Absorb new knowledge created elsewhere [in another place] (in other
firms, etc.);

5. stimulate the emergence of 'unexpected' new knowledge;

6. Utilize unexpected new knowledge.

Information must be somehow [in some way] retained and transmitted within
the population in order to be useful... Some information has a historical flavor
[taste] in that it deals with [take care of] past successes, failures, and survival
[persistence] rates [percentages]. The information shows which combinations
have been selected for in the past, and hence [consequently] which have been
successful in that environment. The environment also changes, however,
indicating the need for novelty [innovation], which generates new information
about which combinations and strategies are currently proving successful and
might be so in the future. The generation of information involves adaptive and
anticipatory changes in relation to changes in the environment.

engendrado(a).

26 No había hecho aún la tierra y la hierba, | ni los primeros terrones del orbe.

27 Cuando colocaba los cielos, allí estaba yo; | cuando trazaba la bóveda sobre
la faz del abismo;

28 cuando sujetaba las nubes en la altura, | y fijaba las fuentes abismales;

hombres.

32 Por tanto, hijos míos, escuchad-me: | dichosos los que siguen mis caminos;

33 escuchad la instrucción, | no rechacéis la sabiduría.

«I formulated a project for the CBTIS (Technological Industrial and of Services Center of
Bachelor Degree) 107 of Tuxtepec, Oaxaca, México consisting in giving to the Library of this
Institution with five volumes of English language, of my authorship. A book for each semester,
from the first English book to fifth English book (according to the plan of studies in this regard
of the CBTIS). At no cost to the Institution, because this is a donation (in the staff, I solve my
expenses of the project with income of my employment as a professor that I would be in this
CBTIS).
One of the major advantages of this project is to solve the need of the student of
spending in books of English language because the books will be at your complete disposal into
the student community in the Library of the institution.
Afterward, in an immediate subsequent phase of this project is that among the student
community of this CBTIS and all the CBTIS of the United Mexican States will have these 5
volumes of English language by means of a page of Google; read it, neither cost nor restriction
to obtain them.
Well, as a last note, I must say that these books will have the format of 'workbook'.
This, as an intelligent work with foundations and then their respective exercises to resolve, into
a concurrent process». M.C. Enrique Ruiz Díaz.
