VISION:
The center for genuine Catholic formation and academic excellence.

MISSION:
Ensure quality education by upholding the standards of the Department of
Education and fostering the values of Catholic formation for human development.

RATIONALE:

A goodbye presentation from the club is a platform to represent the school and
management well, for the rest of the members left behind. It can remind people of the
good things about the organization. Use this opportunity to express how far the organization
has come during the time a member served there, and indicate the future direction of the
club, fellowship and a mini pre-farewell activity between the members and officers.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY:

1. Farewell program is an activity to honor the loyalty and services of the officers
and members from Junior High School to Senior High School.
2. This activity is exclusive for the members and officers of the club.
3. The program will be facilitated by the MMHC officers.
4. The participating members will be having their contribution amounting to 100
pesos for the program materials and prizes.
