Data Extract

• The Data Extract feature is found on the Tools → Tools screen.

• The user can extract data based on time or depth. Use the Time/Depth button to
toggle between the two modes.

• A Data Extraction Warning appears. Select OK to proceed. This opens the Data
Extraction window.

Select the Start and End Time to be extracted

Select the Target... button to select the location where the data will be extracted (Default
location is the E:\ExtractFolder).
Selecting channels

• Click the Select Realtime Channels button. This opens a selection list. Use the
arrow buttons to move channels from the left pane to the right pane. When
finished, select Exit to close the window.

**Note: Bit Status and Hole Depth are required by the system and are
already selected by default.

• Optionally, from the data Extraction Screen, the user can select lag channels to be
extracted. Select the Select Lag Channels button. This opens a selection list where
the user can use arrow buttons to move channels from the left pane to the right
pane. When finished, select Exit to close the window.
**Note: If Extract Lag channels are checked, Hole Depth is required by
the system and already selected by default.

• If the user has selected Lag Channels for extraction, make sure Extract Lag
Channels is selected in the Data Extraction window. Otherwise, make sure it is
not selected.
