The year is 1947 and World War II is far from over. A new energy source, believed by some to have an alien
origin, has changed the nature of the battlefield. Harnessed first by the Germans and dubbed Vrill-Kultur
(VK), this substance’s extraodinary properties have allowed the world’s powers to develop new, more powerful
weapons of warfare. Now infantry and tanks are joined on the field of battle by giant walking armorced fighting
vehicles. These «walkers» ans other. VK-powered weapons have shifted the balance of power. Old alliances
have been broken blocs - the Allies, the Axies, ans the Sino-Soviet Union (SSU). Outside of these blocs, a
handful of countries still cling to relative neutrality in a world wracked by war.

THE ALLIES Besieged by fascist ans communist dictatorships, the democraties of the world
have banded together as the Allies. Gathering around the United States of America, the Allies
have created the largest military industrial complex the world has ever know. Even si, ressources
are stratched tune across fronts spanning the globe. As 1947 dawns, the Allies grow weary of
the war, but realize that they cannot falter. They can accept nothing less than unconditional
surrender from the dictatorships thaht threaten democracy.

THE AXIS The assassination of the Führer, Adolf HITLER, in 1943 paved the way for the
removal of the old Nazi regime and the rise of a totalitarian state, the Axis, Germany’s early
discovery of Vrill-Kultur (VK) places them at the forefront of advanced military technology.
Axis soldiers fight to end the twin threats of communism and capitalist exploitation, but most
of them are unaware that the Vrill are likely to return, and only the planet united under the Axis
will have the strength to stop them and save humanity.

THE SINO-SOVIET Surrounded by enemies, the Soviet Union and communist China
joined forces to form the Sino-Soviet Union (SSU). No other bloc has sulfered as many casualties.
Despite this, the SSU has grown stronger with communist revolutions driving territorial
expansion. The proletariat tirelessly toiles to manufacture new engines of war, and their
progressive designs remain on the cutting edge of modern comabt technology. The day nears
when the world will be enlightened by communist ideals and throw off the yoke of capitalist
oppression.

contains a set of miniatures with their unit
cards, a deluxe neoprene gridded mat, 12
dice, 3D scenery, 2D terrain, and a set of
starter rules and scenarios so that you can
play right out of the box. You just need and
opponent with their own starter set to begin
playing.

THE YEAR IS 1947

The war that started a decade ago still rages across the globe.

The discovery of an alien spacecraft in the Antartic has led to the

development of new revolutionary weapons of war that have surpassed
all but the most advanced technology.

Old alliances have fragmented and new ones have arisen as the major
blocs fight the world over for the newly discovered valuable VK resource
that powers the new technology.
