A very good afternoon to our tutor, Cik Siti Ummaizah, today we are going to present our

English report regarding technology. (Introduce member?)

Right now I will proceed to introduction.

Since technology advancement has almost integrated to our daily life and the curiousity of

our group members. We decided to choose “What is the effect of technology? Are these

negative or positive?” as our research topic.

Okay, let’s me briefly explain about technology.

Technology can be defined as the gathering of procedures, system, or methods utilized as a

part in the achievement of targets such as scientific investigation.

It can be installed in machines, PCs, gadgets and factories, which can be worked by people

without itemized its process. For instance, does a user use computer program with figuring

out those programming code? It definitely no! Perhaps, we will do so cuz we r fict students.

Next, regarding to our report objectives, we just want obtain the different opinions or views

from others regarding of technology advancement, Pros and Cons of innovation as well as the

usage of technology device from user.

Furthermore, we are using 2 ways to acquire our data, which are included distributing the

survey forms as well as internet. For distributing the survey forms, we have used around a

couple of hours in order to distribute and gather back all those survey forms. Firstly, we

randomly choose different students from different faculties in order to avoid duplicated result

as different faculties of students can have a significant result. For example, if we choose only

the students from our faculty, FICT, then probably they will suggest more on positive effect

of technology. Normally, we collect back the survey forms after distributed for 10 minutes in

order to ensure them have enough time to fill up those questions. Also, we have found some
article via internet. It took us around half an hour and for sure google search engine is only

engine that we adopted.

Regarding the limitation of data, since we only distributed 20 of the survey forms, so we

could not acquire too much of information. Secondly, our main target is students, as their age

are just around 18 to 24 years old, so probably what they are thinking and their opinion will

be more less the same with one another. Thirdly, as we only distributed our survey form to

one location which is known as UTAR, Kampar, Perak, so we couldn’t gather too much of

the information, as different places of people can have different kind of culture and lifestyle,

so they probably have different kind of opinions.

Conclusion

In the nutshell, advanced innovation has made numerous comforts in ordinary life

from awakening music to having espresso prepared to getting to work and doing full time

work.

Previously everyday life was filled with burdensome, time-consuming chores that left little

time for much more than completing these tasks. People generally worked from their homes

or within walking distance to their homes and rarely traveled far from them. People were

limited to whatever their physical capacities were.

The proficiency gave by innovation gives individuals of an opportunity time to appreciate life

and seek after self-improvement, and the availability has increased choices for travel, school,

and work. All this changed dramatically as new technologies developed.

Thus, our life have been enhanced with current innovation through proficiency, comfort,

availability, convenience, efficiency, and accessibility.
