Please be sure to have it with you the day of the visit. If you find the queue in front of the main entrance, DO
NOT FOLLOW THE QUEUE, but go directly to Entrance Cashier. Take with you an identity document,
especially if you have half price or free tickets.
Please arrive to reserved tickets desk 15 minutes before fixed time of entering.
The Agency Tuscany All  will not be responsible for some possible delays due to strikes or trade-union
assemblies of the Museums’ staff.

The reservation is valid only in the confirmed date written on the voucher.

prenotazione.
Qualora abbiate prenotato biglietti ridotti o gratuiti sarà obbligatorio presentare un documento di identità e,
dove richiesta, la documentazione per provare  l’appartenenza alla categoria privilegiata.
Si prega di arrivare alla cassa 15 minuti prima dell'orario scritto sul voucher.

From the Amerigo Vespucci airport catch the bus VOLA IN BUS until the Santa Maria Novella Station.

HOW TO ENTER THE MUSEUM

THE VOUCHERS HAVE TO BE EXCHANGED WITH THE TICKETS.

The voucher is very important as it allows you to collect the tickets at the museum's entrance, please be
sure to have it with you on the date of the visit. The voucher has to be showed at the entrance RESERVED
(DON'T FOLLOW THE LONG LINE). Please take an identity document with you, especially if you booked
some half or free tickets. If you won't be able to demonstrate that you have the right to the half or the free
ticket, you will receive a full price ticket and you will be asked to pay the difference. No refund will be
possible.

Please arrive at the cashier 15 minutes before the time written on the voucher.

The agency Tuscanyall.com won't be responsable for eventual delays due to some possible strikes or
assemblies of the museum's staff.

CANCELLATION POLICY - TICKET RESEVATION

in case of cancellation please contact info@florence-museum.com.

From booking to 4 days before the day of the visit, cancellation penalty is 8.75 euro per ticket.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior the day of the visit, the ticket is NOT REFUNDABLE.
