fully understand the research to be done and lastly the definition of
terms for better comprehension of the study.

According to Romel A. Morales (2010), the number of students

that resulted to a new 65-item academic procrastination scale that could
recognize that structured procrastination with desirable outcomes from
unstructured procrastination with undesirable outcomes. According to
Charmaine Abegail P. Tarin and Marie Christine R. Rio (2015), It
indicates that there is a significant relationship between procrastination
and achievement goal orientation. The result is also indicate that
procrastination was a predictor of student’s academic performance in
school.

According to Mehmet Kandemir (2014), the behavior of academic

procrastination is quite common among students. According to Mehmet
“Students cannot show their real performance in learning processes and
they fail because of procrastination behaviors”. So that some students
are felt laziness that cause delaying of papers on due date. That is why
most of the students are felt idleness because of the procrastination
behavior. It is also can affect the performance of the students.

Whether a young person is working, studying, both, or neither,

and find that those in households receiving remittance are more likely to
end up studying than working or being idle. To much working for the
working students can cause stigmathat remittances causes idleness.
Some households can be a cause of idleness of students in school
performance. Some students are abusing this event to make excuses
and that cause of delaying requirements. And the idleness can be a
habit, this is being sorted by Christopher James R. Cabuay (2017).

Lifelong Education

Soaring idleness at a young age has a serious impact on

economic and social aspects. For some working students being idleness
on work because of school work it can affect the allowance of the
student, and if the working students are being idle in school work
because of its work it can affect the academic performance of the
student. It assess models on the probability of youth as potential job
seekers denoted as unemployment as well as passive job seekers, called
as idle youth, and try to understand contributing factors to explain both
youth idleness experiences. It shows that idleness is not always
associated to poverty and lower economic status. This is observes the
important results of increasing idleness among middle and upper groups
of households, this is consist by Falih Rezkih (2015)

According to Dyson DH (2006), because of the delaying papers

students getting a low grades. Some students sometime forget to do the
school works because of distraction of mobile phones and computer.
According to Na Guangyu (2006) a “a single delay may affect your
work”. It is founded that when the delay is small, it can be ignored.
However, if the delay is large, it can significantly change the system
dynamic characteristic, such as the oscillation mode and the systematic
critical eigenvalues.

With such prioritization, delays become a part the process, which

in turn can negatively affect the accused, accuser and society as a
whole. Sometimes by giving more prioritization in something students
may forget the task that should be finish. Delaying paper may cause a
having a low grade because the teacher will deducting points on
delaying requirements. While there is an implicit general awareness that

delays have costs, there have been few attempts to actually estimate
students. However, without such estimate, there will be a vague
understanding of how big or small its impact is on society, this is
consisted by Alvin Ang (2006).

By using a qualitative research the researchers conduct a one on

one interview to know the reasons of grade failure. By those questions it
will determined the statement of the problem. Choosing the respondents
it will base on students who had a low grades. The answers of the
respondents will be understood by the researchers to determine the
