How to prepare Lissapol (Liquid Soap?

Ingredients are:

1. Soft Slurry 1 Kg

2.Caustic Soda 200gms

1. TSP 100gms

2. Urea 400 gms.

5, Water 10 Lts

This will give you approximately 12Kgs/ Lts liquid soap.

Process: Take water in a plastic basket . In another plastic can add Caustic Soda to the slurry
gradually and keep stirring by a bamboo or wooden stack till these are totally mixed .

Then gradually add the water from the water can stirring all the time d ring mixing

Then add TSP and Urea to this solution stirring all the time till a uniform liquid solution is
ready.
Your Lissapol is ready. Store in Plastic Jars//cans putting on the lids.

Precautions:

1. Do not touch any ingredient by hand. Use plastic hand gloves.

2. The slurry is acidic and Caustic Soda is basic These are to be contained in plastic bags or
contains 3. The caustic Soda must be kept properly sealed and away from moisture .and must be
out of reach for children.till used.

The quantities of ingredients can be increased and decreased in proportion to the quantity
you want to prepare.

Lissapol can be safely used for :

1. Washing hands, cleaning utensils by mixing in water.

2. For cleaning floors.

3.For washing clothes. You may not be knowing but laundry units use this liquid soap in
washing clothes.
1. Many Dry Cleaners also use it , They wash the woolens with Lissapol and after washing clean
they spray petrol to give a feeling that the woolens have been dry -cleaned.

2. Lissapol is used by mixing some quantity of Lissapol with water depending upon your
requirement.

You may prepare 5 Ltrs fir trial before going for large quantities

Those who wish to make a business out of it can do so. If you exert a little it can be good side
business by supplying it to Laundry and Dry Cleaners.
