Mandatory reporting: applies if: Recording Disclosures from students (see below)

It is important to make clear to the student making the disclosure that your requirement to report will be completely anonymised
and they will not be identified in any way without their permission. Also, that they will receive a unique reference number which
will securely protect the information for future reference – e.g. if they wish to take the matter further by reporting to the police.
