intuitive digital products that enable organisations to become leaders in their field.

I was the only tester in this project, and had to set up the testing. I worked in an
Agile-environment. Our customer was Graydon and I worked my entire period at
Info.nl in the Graydon-project. This job was partially remote.

- Investigate User stories, and edit if needed;

- Testing different applications;
- Creating Test Scenario's;

2015 Function: QA/ Software Tester
Erman was the only tester in the organization of NU.nl and was the responsible
employee for Testing. Erman studied the user stories, created test cases, and
executed these test cases. These tests were executed on NU.nl website, the app 'NU'
and the intern CMS of NU.nl. Erman reported the test results in Excel and also
communicated these results to the programmers.
NU.nl worked within the Agile method. Every two weeks was the start of a new
sprint. Erman had during sprints frequent contact with members of the team.
Meetings consisted of scaling and prioritizing user stories. This job was partially
remote.

consultation basis in these companies.

Okt 2013- maart GGD Zaanstreek-Waterland, Zaandam

2014 Functon: intern
The Thesis was investigated and executed at GGD Zaanstreek-Waterland. My
investigation was to advice how the departments ‘Facilities’ and ‘ICT’ could improve
and optimalise the support of the tool ‘Facilitor’ to their deparment.
Also tasks regarding (mobile) phones were executed during this period. This was an
 initiative from the intern.

- Draw up Plan of Approach;

- Investigate the current processes of the both deparments;
- Interview employees who work in the deparments, the backoffice of Facilitor and
other employees in GGD Zaanstreek-Waterland;
- Execute bottlenecks to analyse the interviews;
- Investigate and conclude how the tool ‘Facilitor’ could improve and optimalise their
support to the deparments ‘Facilites’ and ‘ICT’;
- Investigate how the advices could be implemented;
- Provide cellphones to the employees;
- Help employees in case of problems/emergencies;
- Keep in touch with the operator ‘Intercity’ in the event of network disruptions;
- Perform test work on functionality of the 'Facilitor' tool and the GGD Zaanstreek-
Waterland website;

2012 Function: Internship
Executing the business assignment. The task was to map the security of CTM
Solution's internal ICT infrastructure and to provide advice for improving safety.
Furthermore, the customer service of CTM Solution's electronic tender tool was
supported. Customers reached us by telephone and by mail.
Testing activities were also carried out on the CTM Solution website and the
electronic tendering tool.
