A Healthier Meal
What I found out, was that in total meal value, Burger King proved
the most healthy option, while the unhealthiest surprised me. I
had placed bets with myself beforehand to determine the most
unhealthy and I believed McDonalds would prove un-healthiest,
while Burger King would come in healthiest.Backyard Burger was

the most unhealthy meal choice though. As a 26 year old Female, I
need 2300 calories averaged per day, and while all meals did stay
under that, I would be hard pressed to be able to eat again with
the left over calories available.
