1. Gardening Indoor Plants Franchise : We will open a Green Shop named as

BaagBagicha.com where we would be selling all the indoor Plants , Gardening
Equipments, all the commodities like manures, compost, bird nests, Pots and planters
in a well equipped and decorated Shops.

All the Exotic Plants , Succulents , terrariums,

The Entry point/ Threshold of the Shop or Franchise will be having Vertical gardening
on both the sides of Entry gate with Chairs so that anyone can sit there for clicking a
picture with a Baagbagicha.com logo at the background.
We will be fulfilling all the requirements of Gardening ( Indoor/ outdoor/ Bonsai with
the gardening accessories) .
Balcony , Lawn, Terrace, kitchen gardening services will be catered by that Shop only.

A Gardener can also be booked from that Store only to cater their needs.
For Outdoor plants , there will be a large Album from where one can select their
requirement and order it at the same time. Their Order will be delivered to their
home with proper assistance.
That will be a single place for all gardening Requirements.
2. Organic Fruits and Vegetables Franchise : It’s another category of Franchise
where people can buy Organic Fruits and Vegetables and can also have some learning
about the vedic ways of plantation without the use of any chemical or harmful
fertilizers. It will be a known place where one can buy organic Vegetables and fruits
along with the mushrooms from a single place.

Obligations of the Franchisee

The requirements from the prospective Franchisee are as follows:

 Premises:

The ideal premises required shall be of minimum 300sq.ft to 500 1000 Sq Ft. of
usable area, located on the ground floor of a good quality building in a prime
retail location in the city/town/colony. The location should have good visibility
with a minimum frontage of 12-15 feet and should be easily accessible with
adequate parking facilities. In case the premises have been taken on lease/rent
there should be a minimum lock-in period of 3 years.
