INFORMATION FOR FRIDAY, MARCH 15, 2019

• Call time for Friday is 6:30 P.M. You should plan on arriving 10-15 minutes
early so that you can unpack, warm-up, etc. (Please do not bring cases, coats, etc.
into the concert hall.)

• Upon arrival to Pick-Staiger Concert Hall, you should check your name off the
roster located in the rehearsal room.

• Sound check begins promptly at 6:30 P.M. Please be in your seat, warmed up,
and ready to play.
o Sound check will proceed in this order:
§ 6:30 – Arnold
§ 6:35 – Etezady
§ 6:45 – Revueltas
§ 6:50 – Puckett
§ 6:55 – Bryant

• We will clear the hall at or shortly after 7:00 P.M. If you do not come in concert
dress, you will have a bit of time to change between sound check and the concert.

• Before tonight, please review the concert dress guidelines located in the course
syllabus. Pay special attention to guidelines for shoes, hose/sock color,
dress/pant/sleeve length, and jewelry.

• CONCERT ORDER (Bryant, Puckett, Revueltas, Etezady, Arnold)

o Enter stage à Long noodle à 2 As à Bryant [4 minutes]

o Stage reset à Short noodle à 1 A à Puckett [9 minutes]
o Stage reset à Short noodle à 2 As à Revueltas [8 minutes]
o Clear stage à Intermission (10 minutes)
o Enter stage à Long noodle à 2 As à Etezady [15 minutes]
o Stage reset à Short noodle à 1 A à Arnold [9 minutes]
