Materials Needed:

26” of Velcro
1.5 yards of Fabric or Woven Nylon
1/2" foam
Heavy poster board

Making the insert:

Step 1: Cut out two pieces of nylon or fabric Take each piece, fold in half open back up
23.5” x 20” and fold in half the other direction to find the
center.

Starting at the center of each piece….. ….measure out your grid lines as shown in the
drawing at the bottom of the page.

Step 2: Take one piece of fabric or nylon and Step 3: Sew up each side of the folded piece
