CESSNA ELECTRONIC FLIGHT MANUAL PUBLICATION LICENSE AGREEMENT

GRANT OF RIGHTS: 

Subject  to  the  terms  and  limitations  of  this  license,  CESSNA  Aircraft  Company  grants  you  the  right  to  make  and  use  one  (1)  copy  of  the  accompanying  Cessna 
Electronic Publication product ("PRODUCT"). This Agreement supersedes any prior version license. 

NETWORKABILITY: 

This Agreement grants you rights to receive and use the PRODUCT and view the CONTENT only in accordance with your subscription service level. 

RESTRICTIONS: 

This Electronic Airplane Flight Manual (EFM) is a pdf version of the FAA approved paper Airplane Flight Manual (AFM).  It includes all applicable Temporary Changes in 
effect  on  the  above  date.  It  also  includes  bookmarks  to  make  the  document  easier  to  navigate.  For  airplanes  that  have  not  been  approved  for  electronic  AFM 
operation, this EFM is to be used ONLY for information/training purposes and should NOT be used to operate an aircraft.  If used with an Electronic Flight Bag (EFB), it 
is the responsibility of the owner/operator to ensure any and all certifications and regulations have been complied with and approved by the applicable regulatory 
agency.  Cessna does not imply or warrant that the EFM is approved for EFB use.  The information contained herein may not yet be approved by foreign regulatory 
agencies and non‐FAA regulated countries.  Therefore, operators should not use the EFM for flight until such approval has been granted.  

You acknowledge and agree that the PRODUCT and all of the CONTENT accessed through the PRODUCT are and shall remain the exclusive property of CESSNA. 

You are granted time limited use of our CONTENT and PRODUCT for the subscription period only.  

You may not rent, lease, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer rights to the PRODUCT or the CONTENT without the express written permission of CESSNA. 

You may not modify, translate, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, copy, create a derivative work, or otherwise use the PRODUCT or the CONTENT except as 
stated in this Agreement and defined in the AFM. 

You may not remove any proprietary notices or labels on or from the PRODUCT or the CONTENT. 

You may not share, republish, disseminate, or otherwise disclose to any party either the PRODUCT or any of the CONTENT accessed through the PRODUCT without 
the express, written, prior consent of CESSNA. 

The PRODUCT and CONTENT may only be used for the operation of Cessna aircraft.  All other uses of the PRODUCT and CONTENT are prohibited. 

TITLE: 

Title,  ownership  rights,  and  intellectual  property  rights  in  the  PRODUCT  and  all  CONTENT,  except  as  expressly  indicated  to  the  contrary,  are  and  shall  remain  in 
CESSNA. The PRODUCT and CONTENT are protected by copyright laws and treaties. This Agreement gives you no rights to the CONTENT except the right to use such 
CONTENT for a limited time in accordance with this Agreement. 

LIMITED WARRANTY/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: 

THIS  PRODUCT  AND  CONTENT  ARE  LICENSED  AS  IS.  THIS  WARRANTY  IS  IN  LIEU  OF  ANY  OTHER  WARRANTIES,  EXPRESS  OR  IMPLIED,  INCLUDING  THE  IMPLIED 
WARRANTIES  OF  MERCHANTABILITY  AND  FITNESS  FOR  A  PARTICULAR  PURPOSE.  THE  ENTIRE  RISK  AS  TO  THE  QUALITY  AND  PERFORMANCE  OF  THE  PRODUCT  IS 
BORNE  BY  YOU.  IN  NO  EVENT  WILL  CESSNA  BE  LIABLE  TO  YOU  FOR  DAMAGES,  INCLUDING  ANY  LOST  PROFITS,  LOST  SAVINGS,  OR  OTHER  INCIDENTAL  OR 
CONSEQUENTIAL  DAMAGES  ARISING  OUT  OF  YOUR  USE  OF  OR  INABILITY  TO  USE  THE  PRODUCT  OR  CONTENT,  EVEN  IF  CESSNA  OR  AN  AUTHORIZED  CESSNA 
REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 

Some  jurisdictions  do  not  allow  exclusions  of  an  implied  warranty,  so  this  disclaimer  may  not  apply  to  you  and  you  may  have  other  legal  rights  that  vary  by 
jurisdiction. 

GENERAL: 

Any provision of this Agreement found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable shall be severed from this Agreement and will not affect the validity and enforceability 
of any of the remaining provisions. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. 

All  technical  data  delivered  under  this  Agreement  is  subject  to  United  States  export  control  laws  and  may  be  subject  to  export  or  import  regulations  in  other 
countries.  You  agree  to  comply  strictly  with  all  such  laws  and  regulations  and  acknowledge  that  you  have  the  responsibility  to  obtain  such  licenses  to  export,  re‐
export, or import. 
FAA Approved in commuter category based on 14 CFR Part 23. This document must be carried in the airplane
at all times, and be kept within reach of the pilot during all flight operations. This manual includes the material
required to be furnished to the pilot by 14 CFR Part 23 and the applicable special conditions.
