After the generator has been baseloaded for a minimum of two hour, the following
procedures can be taken 10 perform a PDA baseline rest on the generator.

1. Open the PDCheck enclosure, open the metallic cover. using a crossover Ethernet cable to
connect the PDCheck box with the PDCheck laptopt See GE Drawing lumber 30_A6239.

') Run the PDC Control software on the laptop to connect to PDCheck.

3. Perform the baseline test using PDC Control software.

4. After the data acquisition is completed. set up the PDCheck to start monitoring partial discharge.

5. Close the software and disconnect the Ethernet cable.

6. Close the PDCheck enclosure.
