Ingredients :
100 g fine dried egg noodle
1 chicken stock
100 g cauliflower, cut in smsll florets
100g Chinese cabbage, cut in chunky pieces
4 spring onion
1 large tomato
1 tbsp light soy sauce

1 tbsp coriander

1. Soak the noodle in hot water for a few minutes until
strands are separated drain,

Heat stock in a pan, add cauliflower, cabbage, chop

cooriander. Reduce the heat and seamer uncovered
for 5 minutes.

the noodle are tender.
Serve the noodle immediately.

My pen pal – Andy and I visited the Grand Canyon
last week. It was great!
The Grand Canyon is in the state of Arizona. Over
millions of years, the Colorado River cut through the rock
and formed the canyon. It is very beautiful.
We started our hike on the South Rim. We hiked to
the bottom of the canyon to a place called Phantom Ranch.
We stayed there overnight. The next day, we rode mules to
the top of canyon. My mule was slow, but I was happy that I
didn’t have to hike all the way to the top.
I saw a beautiful sunset while I was in the canyon.
The sky was yellow, orange, and red. I took pictures, so I

Fireflies are just name. They are actually very cool insects.
And they are not even flies, they are beetles. They have a
