Main Project Description
Artificial Cranes and Robotic Arms
This project is carried out aiming to reduce heavy overhead machinery used in
industrial cranes and utilizing the complete ground area at the same time being very
portable than the present kind. Major part of the project¶s design, assembly and its
viability is achieved in PROE software.
The construction is done with Wood and ron, Wood being used for the arm of
the model and ron for the base.
rpm motors of epicyclical gears are used all over
the model;Nylon threads and nylon pulleys areused in transmission system. Wiring is
carried out using
mm thickness Ribbon wires and a battery eliminator for step down
of power till
V and UPS for extra battery back up
Mini Project
Railway Dashboard
t was a study project on Railway Dash board carried out at Railway Coach Building Centre,
MettugudaHyderabad for almost a month. The project only focused on designing various
types of dashboards and modern tools which can be used in today¶s high speed trains.
The project enhanced our knowledge more on sketching of designs for dashboards.
