Responsibilities

 Managing Production Wintel Servers across multiple datacenters globally


 Providing OS support for 2003,2008 and 2012 to more than 5000 Servers that
include Both physical (HP/Fujitsu/Dell/IBM) and Virtual Server.
 Supporting HP Proliant and Blade Server
 Working on incident and Change task like upgrading HP Proliant support pack
and Symantec Endpoint Protection, NIC, BIOS, HP ILO drivers and OS
upgrades, Service Pack installations and OS feature enhancements
 troubleshooting issues related to Installing and troubleshooting tools like
OVO,OVPA for monitoring, CPU and diskspace issues
 Installing and troubleshooting tools like OVO,OVPA for monitoring
 Worked on Remote tools like RDP/HP ILO for efficient server management
