Recipe for Northern Duck Rice
Ingredients:
1 kilogram of rice
1½ cups grated Zapallo loche
1 bunch of Culantro
1 head of garlic, peeled and chopped
1 bottle of oil
1 pinch of Pepper
2 kilograms of peeled and clean duck, cut
into dams
1 kilogram of green peas, peeled
½ cup of Zapallo, chopped
1 large black beer bottle
1 cube of Cazonador
1 pinch of salt
3.Pour the oil where the duck prey was fried to a pot.
5.Licuar the cilantro with the black beer and pour it into the pot.
9. Remove once cooked and reserve them in a container, covering so they do not cool.
10. Pour the rice, lower the heat and let granate.
