L03 Villa Vienna Mindanao Ave. Brgy. Greater Lagro Quezon City, depose and
state, THAT: We are the representatives of the Defendant, JBL BUILDERS, in
the captioned Complaint; I have caused the preparation of the above Reply-
Affidavit; I have read and understood all the allegations therein; The allegations
therein are all of my personal knowledge as well as based on authentic
documents and records in our possession; I have not filed any other action
involving the same set of facts, parties, or the same relief as the foregoing in any
court, tribunal, and/or before any quasi-judicial bodies or administrative
agencies and should we come to file another action similar and/or substantially
similar to this one, we undertake to inform this Court within five (5) days from
such knowledge.
