Responsible for Compiling and posting employee payroll data and manages hours clocked.
Creates and distributes paychecks in accordance with hours worked and corrects paycheck
errors.
Job Description:
Calculates employees’ time sheets or time cards from scratch or verifies that the time recorded in
the automated system is correct.
Codes and posts the time according to its category, such as regular or rental, overtime, vacation,
and sick hours.
Ensures that employees or their managers or supervisors properly submit timekeeping data by
verifying missing data in the time card showing missing punches
Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto
designated records.
Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other
records.
