Abstract
During my research on a company that is being well known in the North America, Gulf of
Mexico, and other top companies in the business world is called Ecopetrol America. About
Ecopetrol company is a Colombian energy, it focuses on gas, oil, shareholders and investors. In
addition, we going to learn the different quality the company is using to be a successful in their
organization. What year it was built to still be here in the twenty centuries, what is the most
important strategy that took place for the company to still hold strong in the corporate world.
There are so many methods to learn from this company and become well organized as a leader,
business owner, and employee as well. By, reading this, it will bring the overall purposes of
assuring the company and help us clearly understand their organization improvement, forming
