The following are discussed and agreed by the parents in the meeting:

1. Attendees. There are 15 out of 31 parents’/guardians attendees for the 3rd recognition day and
4th PTA Meeting program.
2. Upcoming events and examinations. These are presented upcoming activities for the month of
March and April heard and agreed by the parents, such as;

 Fourth Achievement Test on March 22-23, 2019

 Fourth Periodical Test on April 12-13 for honors and completers
 JS Promenade for Grade 9,10,11 & 12 with minimum payment of 500.00 pesos
 School Marketing process with recruitment incentives of 500.00 pesos
 New fees next school year
 Intramurals = 75.00 pesos
 Interschool Competition = 200 pesos
 Recognition Fee for honors = 200
 Fee will be used for: Simple decoration (tarp, etc.) Invitation, Chair/chair cloth
3. IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER
April 18-19, 2019 - Holiday (Maundy Thursday and Friday)
4. Products/Performances and Project Integration. No further questions regarding the submission
of projects arise after the talk since most of them attended the 3rd PTA Meeting.
5. Giving of Report Card. Parents have no questions and signed the report card to signify that they
are informed about the grades earned by their son/daughter.
6. Giving certification of top 10 students of XI-Zara their parents are proud for achievement.
7. Teacher to Parent Conference. Right after the whole meeting, I got the chance to talk to some
parents of my students regarding on the performances of their son/daughter for 3rd grading of
the school year. However, some parents of my students with failing grades didn’t show up
before, during and after the meeting.
