WOMEN AND LEADERSHIP: EXAMINING FACTORS INFLUENCING WOMEN’S

SUCCESS IN LEADERSHIP POSITIONS IN NIGERIAN BANKING INDUSTRY

women and leadership: examining factors influencing women’s success in leadership positions in

Nigerian banking industry. This is being done as a partial fulfilment for requirements for the Degree of
