We are pleased to inform you that the Atlas Copco Bangladesh Limited, now in Bangladesh for
providing the prompt service to valued customers. Atlas Copco Bangladesh Limited is part of the
Worldwide Atlas Copco Group with its Head Quarters in Stockholm, Sweden. Since its inception,
the Group has been foremost in the design and manufacture of Air and Gas Process
Compressors and is today one of the largest manufacturers of this equipment through the
world.

In this connection to this matter our terms & conditions will be maintained as follows:

1) Service charge for Elektronikon reprogramming of your GA90 Air Compressor is BDT
18,500.00 (Including VAT 15%).

2) Customer will provide all necessary spare parts, tools and man power as and when require.

Payment: The payment terms along with purchase order as follows:

i) Advance payment in local currency with A/C payee chaque in favor of Atlas
Copco Bangladesh Limited.
