Executive Summary
OPPORTUNITY
Bebelicious Company is a company that merchandises nachos. It is owned by the five
best friends who called themselves as Beb and was established on January 16, 2019. The
product of the company is Nachos which is made with chips and dressing. There are some
problems came to the company before it became successful. A problem in time frame and what
would be the product to sell before it proceed to nachos. And we are lucky that we have the
opportunity to sold out the stocks of our nachos for this day since it is rare to eyes of the
customers.

EXPECTATIONS
As we planned to sell Nachos in our school, we are expecting our product to be sold out.
We bought two big packs of Nachos with two varieties of flavors, the 'sweet and spicy' and the
'cheese' one, and 2 budget packs of burger dressing to be the sauce of our product, Nachos.
And we also are expecting to recover our capital and at the same time to make profit.

OPPORTUNITY
Problem and Solution
Obviously, there is no business that became successful without hindrances. In our
company, we find it hard on what could be the product to sell until we came to the decision of
choosing nachos. One of the owners once tried to buy nachos to be their product and we don’t
know how to sell it immediately to meet the deadline because of the time frame and time
management but we surpassed it in just few minutes with the help of each other’s ability,
cooperation and dedication.

Target Market
The company’s target market is based on the ways of market segmentation. These are ,
demographic segmentation and psychographic market segmentation.

COMPETITION
The company’s uniqueness among other competitors is what the customers should think
of. First, we are unique when it comes to the name of the company because of its attractiveness
and modernity just like the millennial today and it is based on the call signs of the owners so that
it is easy to recognize.

Second, the product is delicious that will set you still patronize the product because of
how it is being presented, the price is very affordable in which you can afford to buy it, the
service is very nice and we are always free to hear your comments and suggestions about the
company.

And lastly, The company is in a market where pure competition exists and which a
market has a broad range of competitors who are selling the same product

EXECUTION
The company used the four principles of marketing strategy in order to sell the product.

Product: The chosen one is Nachos that is presented to the customers according to the
amount, taste and price. We also considered the fact that Filipinos are snack lover especially to
teenager so we chose it as the company's product.

Price: It is reasonable enough for the customers because we wanted that all of them will
afford to buy the product. It only costs 15 pesos for each square paper plate.

Promotion: We advertised the product to the target market such as our friendsand
classmates. We will introduce to them our product, how would it taste, what would be its price
and how it will look like. We will do sales-talking to catch their attention to buy and we do not
use technology and other social media sites for the mean time because we are planning to this
once the company grows larger.

Place: The selected location rarely being sold took part into consideration. In DHIC,
there are a lot of students there in which we know that it would be sold out faster and some of
them are really close to us so we grabbed the opportunity that we can make promotions.

OPERATION
In selling the product, the selected location is the DaeHan College of Business and
Technology were the selected customers are the Senior High Students of Grade 11 and Grade
12, Aside from that, we will be selling the product to the places where it is accessible and the
profit will grow Faster. When it comes to the system of payment, it used a personal payment
where the students paid the product after it is being prepared. And when it comes to the use of
tools, we used a paper plate and a plastic small to cover our hands while preparing the product.

MILESTONES

January 16 is the date when we started our business. It is also dates for accomplishment
for selling the product. On that day we already have our customers and we started attracting or
potential buyers because they like our product for the first time they tasted it. Because of that,
attracting more customers and be better to our customers are what we need to accomplish for
the next days of selling to product.

KEY METRICS

Delicious, right amount end affordable, these are the things that our customers said
about to product so that’s why this would be our important things to remember as the owners of
the business. For just a minutes, our products was sold immediately and some customers are
asking for more but we don’t have it anymore, and by the rest of the time, we will stock more
nachos because there hoping that we are going to be successful .Success for us is when
caught the attention of our customer to still patronize your product and we are seeing it from
now on.

OVERVIEW
The merchandising company named "Bebelicious" is a company owned by five best
friends and an Accountancy, Business and Management students from Daehan College of
Business and Technology. They started the business on January 16, 2019 with the initial
investment of 170 pesos and the business is located in DHIC. It is company that is known for
selling one of a kind Nachos, a chip with flavors of cheese and sweet & spicy topped with
dressing to be sold for it is delicious and an affordable product.

TEAM
The company owners are Stephanie Bleth L. Sico, Jamby R. Barrameda, Cynthia
Romero, Aillen kaye Bacsa and Jerica Dunque. They both shared the same amount for the
initial investment and the same profit of the business. One of the owners acted as a cashier of
the company and described as s kind of person who is extrovert but not talkative that is why she
is responsible for taking care of the accounts. The four of them are responsible for selling,
promoting and marketing and they are both talkative who can do sales-talking because they
are close to some students. All of them share the same things when it comes in running the
business as well as their ideas and opinions for the betterment of the company.

And lastly, the company won't be successful without the help of Ms. Marianne Ison, the
mentor of the company who guided and encouraged the owners on how to make it successful
and she is also the reason why the business is established.

FINANCIAL PLAN
FORECAST
The company started few days later with the initial investment of 170 pesos and
generated a profit of 100 pesos for the first day. Since the company is just starting, we are
assuming that it will increase its profit more than 100 pesos and assume that it will have more
customers who will patronize the product. The owners are also planning to increase sales,
employ workers for the company and purchase advance technologies to make faster
production.

FINANCING
From the start, the source of fund for establishing the business was came from the
equity of the owners and from their own pocket. We also got enough strength from their
contributions and great efforts. And according to the forecast presented, the increase in profit
would be attained for the next month so we are planning to add more investments, loans and
find creditors to have enough financial capability to grow faster the business. The company will
be thankful and deepest gratitude will be given to those investors who have the courage and
willingness to help our company. We are also expecting that the financial community will be
great to help us to finance the growing business and we will be lucky to have them as they will
be part of us.
