EPCC will be the Center of Excellence in Information

Technology, Electronics, an Engineering, Business, Education and
other fields of study in which we will engage in. We will
benchmark not with local competitors but with the best of the
country and the world.
Mission

We exist to provide quality affordable education – no more, no

less. By quality education, we mean facilitating the learners to
acquire knowledge, skills, ideals, principles, values and
attitude necessary to developed his/her fullest potentials as a
person an to succeed in life and the process become a fruitful
and useful citizen of our society.

More specially, it aims to;

-Help the government in achieving and maintaining an accelerating

rate of economic and social progress by producing graduates with
strengthened general education background, competent in oral and
written communication and cognizant to their responsibility to
their responsibility to our society;

-Respond effectively to changing needs and conditions of the

nation through a system of education and evaluation.

-Develop professional in the field of information technology who

can analyze, design and develop traditional and Web-based
information system.

-Develop individuals who can help adapt computer technology to

the environment of developing country like the Philippines.
