Description : Under general direction from and reporting to the operation/ filed supervisor a centrifuge
operator responsible for overseeing the mechanical/electrical processes which are used to provide enhanced
drilling properties and recycle drilling mud though closed loop system. Individuals in this role travel to rig
site location for setting up, tearing down, monitoring and maintaining centrifuges and completing all
required paperwork.
Responsibilities;
 Maintaining suitable mud weight/properties with the use of a variable speed differential
centrifuge(DE 100 by Derrick corporation) and other solid control equipment’s
 Barite recovery using the centrifuge
 Assist the shaker hand in the monitoring and maintenance of the shale shaker & desander
 Work included Rig surveys installations maintenance operating and troubleshooting on equipment’s
 Working experience on flocculation packages for all types Water Based Mud
 Mud analysis: Solids from Retort, mbt in out, SG in and out, solid discharged.
 Supervising the efficient operational of all solid control.
 Inventory control at field of solids control equipment’s, spare parts and consumables
 Preparation of daily solid controls activity report and the end of well Recap Report, and annexes.

Description : Responsible for drilling fluids waste drilling fluids waste management on well pads
operated by cairn at mangala and rageshwary sector in Rajasthan. Responsible for operation maintenance
supavac unit with the vacuum pump and diesel engine coordinating with company man mud engineer,
logistic man for dumping of oil base mud, mud from cellar pit, mud system tanks mud skip and mud
storage tank to waste pit.
Majorly issue handled equipment’s:
 Centrifuges
 Cutting Dryer
 Mono Pumps
 Electronic control packages
 Screw conveyors (augers)
 Cuttings skips and skip filling activities
 Mud Coolers

Drilling Supervisor
 Treating cuttings with the use of Dryer(WSM-04) to meet DPR requirements

Description : Supervises the operation and maintenance of the Drilling Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Performs administrative duties necessary for the management of the facility its staff. Provides technical
advice to the director on treatment and administrative matters affecting the operation and maintenance of
the plant. Manage and oversee project development including monitoring progress, resources, quality,
health and safety Environment Management Systems including Security. As process and treatment
expertise to operate sewage treatment plant. Individuals in this role travel to rig site location for setting up,

Responsibilities;

 Take weight and viscosity check waste water treatment from drilling fluids
 Control and initiation of recording and re stocking of solids control related materials

 Carry out shaker house duties in accordance with work program to include changing out of shaker
screens
 Planned, installed, and repaired plumbing systems of structures, which included cutting, bending,
 Inspected equipment and monitored operating conditions, meters, and gauges to determine load
requirements and detect malfunctions. .
 Growth. Oil waste (Solids and Liquid) management and disposal. This involves treatment of the
liquid waste/effluent and blending the solid waste with cement powder. Disposing of the solid waste
in the Landfill and RO treated water used
 Tested water to determine acidity, impurities, turbidity, and conductivity, regulated the flow of raw
water for treatment while mixing specified amounts of chemicals
 Operate the Water Treatment Plant, including levels, pressures, and Temperatures, and take
corrective action. The treatment plant consists of the reservoir tanks, the Galaxy separator, Pumps,
the Reverse Osmosis Unit (RO).
 Tested water to determine acidity, impurities, turbidity, and conductivity, regulated the flow of raw
water for treatment while mixing specified amounts of chemicals.
