Conference Format
Each of the two-day conferences provides a valuable educational forum for the financial services sector,
updating CXOs and IS managers and professionals on latest international developments in payment
technologies, best practices in IT project deployment, and latest trends in customer service delivery. In
addition, more broader themes of risk management, governance, regulation and compliance will be
covered.

A range of specialist streams and workshops on a number of key topics, including those mentioned
above, will allow delegates to select the sessions of greatest relevance to them.

Bankers will be asked to share their insights into optimizing customer service, operations and deliver y
of banking services. Peer discussions and audience participation will be encouraged by using a panel
discussion format for most of the sessions.

Standard Session Presentations
No charge

These presentations must be educational and of general interest and preferably contain a case study,
20 minutes in duration. These presentations are limited in number and non-commercial presentations
with a high level of educational value will be given priority.

Panel Discussions
No charge

Each panel member is asked to make a five-minute introductory statement setting out their perspectives on the key
issues relating to the topic under discussion (without any PowerPoint or other slide presentation). Following
introductory statements by all panelists and contributions and questions from the audience, each panelist will be
invited to respond to points relevant to them.

Cost: Plenary Session US$3,750
Cost: Parallel Session US$2,000

A showcase presentation entitles the sponsor to make a 30-minute presentation focussed on the
organisation’s products and services. The presentation will be branded in the programme.
