! PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT!

This “PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT” is made on the 9 day of March, 2019.

This agreement between the “Financier” and the “trusted partner” who manage and
operate the “ lending money “business . This agreement consists of the following :

PARTNER’S : SIGNATURE’S

1) Aubrey Lou A. Mamado

(FINANCIER NAME)
2) Angelica A. Mamado
(TRUSTED PARTNER)

TERM OF CONDITION:

1* we are both voluntarily entering into this partnership.

2* we are both agree for all the term of condition to be honest , providing firm understanding about
this business relationship, the rights, responsibilities, important values and regulation and
determination of other things in between partners.

3* we are both agree that the “ capital” of “financier” shall be keep it to the “trusted partner” to
manage and to expand the money.

4* we are both agree that every month we discuss about all the details, sending all the proof of all the
money transaction.

5*we are both agree that the net profits/income of the partnership shall be split every month “ 6%” for
the “financier” and “4%” for the “trusted partner”.

6* we are both agree that the “trusted partner” shall be responsible and deposit the “6%” income to
the “financier” bank acct.

7* we are both agree for all the term of condition written in this partnership agreement. We wish this
to be a rewarding experience and to be succeed.
