Introduction (Brief background of the school)

DALIS is an initiative of Globe Asiatique in partnership with the E-Media Program of the ABS-CBN
Foundation. The man behind its construction is the President of Globe Asiatique Mr. Delfin S. Lee, the man
who put all his heart to come up with a grandeur school like DALIS. DALIS is named after the mother of
the Mr. Lee, Doña Asuncion Lee.

With an area of five thousand eight hundred forty-four sq. m., Globe Asiatique constructed the 48-
classroom building which was later on donated to the Department of Education (DepEd). DALIS was
officially turned over to the management of the Department of Education in a fitting ceremony organized by
its primary sponsor Mr. Delfin S. Lee last May 15, 2009. Now, DALIS is under Mabalacat East District then
headed by the Schools District Supervisor, Mrs. Carmelita P. Sotto. The school opened its doors to its first batch
of enrollees and teachers last June, 2009 under Mrs. Cristina L. Dizon, Ph. D. as the principal. For the school year
2009-2010 DALIS already had 574 pupils in the Elementary Department and 235 High school students.
