Benefits of Exercise

Do you think exercise is a benefiting factor to living a longer and happier life? Exercise is

a very important part of life. Who knows how lives would be today without exercise. It provides

us with so many benefits. It can help you live longer, help with disease, and emotional problems.

Children now spend more than seven and a half hours in front of a screen. Only one in three

children are physically active every day. In today's world children are becoming less active and

spending more time in front of a screen. ​Exercise is an amazing way to reduce stress and

depression also helps with having a better life. ​As a matter of fact, let me explain to you how

exercise can help your life.

The benefits of exercise can have many effects on your life, health, and social

improvements. With the help of exercise in your everyday life, it can help improve your health.

Exercise is one of the things anyone can do in any way and it still improves your health. A way

that exercise can help your health is that it can prevent many chronic diseases. Some disease it

can help prevent affect the heart, high blood pressure, and abnormal blood lipid. With the help of

physical activity, brain function in older adults is maintained, and it can help regulate a person's

bowels. Exercise is a big part of everyone’s life, the things it does to help improve health. It can

do all types of things, for example, it reduces stress, anxiety, and depression. It also helps you

look younger and maintain a better-looking body. To exercise it cost nothing, you can go outside

and walk around the block for free. You can always find things to do for free and it can in some

way be potential for all kinds of health problems(source 1). Other ways exercise can help you is

it can bring out some imagination and creativity. An exercise that gets your heart pumping and

going can get your creativity going for up to two hours. Take those two hours and color, use the

imagination that you have in you and let it free. If you if think about it enough, exercise can also

help with addiction too. The brain releases a “chemical” to any type of pleasure. This chemical is

called Dopamine. Dopamine is a compound present in the body as a neurotransmitter and a

precursor of other substances including epinephrine. With the help of exercise, you can be

distracted away from your addiction. (source 1) As equally important on how exercise helps you

live longer and have a healthier life, there are more things it can do for you.

Do you think you need help with social and life improvement? ”Exercise helps you fall

asleep faster and improves the quality of your slumber; however, be sure you’ve stopped

exercising at least three hours before bedtime so you are not too alert and energized when it’s

time for bed,” Physical activity can be proven to help you sleep better and longer, also it can help

live longer. Exercise can help with psychological benefits also. Some examples it how exercise

helps with psychological well-being is: improves self-esteem, helps you have more pride in

physical accomplishments, improves your body image and helps you not be let down about the

way you look. It does not take much of exercise to help these be done. Go take a walk. That walk

can help increase your mood and increase energy. Taking a walk 3 times a week for 30 minutes

can impact your life and social benefits. (sources 7) In a study taken after 4-24 weeks of

exercise, like walking, adults with insomnia fell asleep more quickly, slept longer, and better.

Exercise trigger an increase in body temperature, due to this the post-exercise helps with the

drops in temperature, which may help in falling asleep. Exercise can improve your sleep with

chronic insomnia. Chronic Insomnia is a sleeping disorder that is characterized by difficulty

falling or staying asleep. Exercise can also reduce insomnia with the help of decreasing anxiety

and depression, which insomnia is linked to anxiety and depression. Exercise has a huge effect

on reducing these symptoms. Exercise can also reduce insomnia by the effects on the body clock.

For people with insomnia, exercise can shift from when you last have had physical activity.

(source 10) This not only helps your life, keeps your healthy, but also will help you with social

improvements within your emotional stage.

Exercise has a big part mental and emotional activity of your body and mind. According

to KidsHealth, people that exercise regularly are more likely to classify themselves as happy than

those that do not. Reap all the benefits of exercise by getting in 30-60 minutes daily. Physical

activity can improve anxiety and depression. These conditions both improve after working out

yoga, lifting weights or moving your body on a daily or weekly thing it can still help you feel

anxiety, better sleep and will make you feel a lot better about your image. Running will produce

endorphins, which are “happy” chemicals produce through your brain. Overall, as you can tell,

exercise has a lot to do with your life.

Exercise can also help with the inside portion of your body. For example, it can help

strengthen bones and muscles. At all ages, you need to protect your bones and muscles. Your

bones and joints need to stay healthy so you are sure that you can do your everyday exercise.

Research shows that doing muscle-strengthening and bone physical activity of the lowest level

can slow down the loss of bone density as you age. Regular exercise can help you will arthritis or

other conditions affecting the joints. If you would exercise 2 hours and 30 minutes a week you

will be able to manage pain and still do your daily tasks. Exercise helps the inside of your body

by building strong healthy muscle. Slowly increasing the amount of weight you do and the

number of exercises you do it will increase your muscle strengthened. Always try to be active so

that every part of your body gets worked up. You should be able to do a good moderate-intensity

activity to awaken your body muscle. There is always something to do with your body no matter

how simple it is.

Exercise is an amazing way to stay happy, live longer, and be more socially active.

Exercise can help with your health, life, and social improvements, and it can also help you

mentally and emotionally. Exercise can do a lot for your body, even if you can not tell, it helps

tremendously. In conclusion, exercise, even if it is just a walk around the neighborhood, will

help you a great amount in the future like emotional, mental, socially, and physically. Healthy

living is always the best way to go within life.
