Cooperatives Bank Ltd. which would not, been possible without the support and guidance of appropriate
people. I would like to express my sincere gratitude towards all those who have helped me to complete the
project.

I would like to mention my special gratitude to Mr. Jitendrabhai Parikh, Branch Manager, and Dharmaj
People’s Cooperatives Bank. I am grateful to my project coordinator Mr. Vinitbhai Patel for directing me
and giving freedom to work at my own pace.

I am heartily thankful to Mr. Binit Patel faculty guide of I2IM, for providing me with feedback and
guidance for efficient execution of the project. This opportunity was a great learning experience, which
