The Idea of starting the company came from he himself as in starting he was
making this banners at home and went shop to shop for marketing this banners.
From that he got many customers .Then he was overloaded with is work of making
banners. And then he decided to open his own company and he was successful in
doing opening the company.

This Company is manufacturing of flex Banners and started in july 2013, Mr.
Ghanshyam J Patel from Ahmedabad is the owner of this company. Earlier Mr.
GhanshyamJ Patel was doing a dealer ship of this product and after getting
successful in the business, he thought to have his own Company and to make his
dream come true, he has taken a loan from bank and established plant in the name
of Khushbu Vinly Ltd in the year of 2012 and started production in the month of
july 2013.

The raw material of this product is PVC Powder, DOP Chemical,


Calcium powder, and Fabric. This product is used for advertisement display board.
Total man power which includes staff, officers, Managers , Unskilled, Semi-
skilled, Skilled and High Skilled is around 150 numbers.

Company selling his product all around in the country. Company having
capacity of 800 Tone Production per month and total turnover of company is
around 150 crores per year. Company’s market was good enough from 2013 to
2016, but due to demonetization, Company sales and market gone down drastically
and affected to lot on the production. However the owner did not lost his courage
and tried to come out with the situation and after fighting a lot last years and so this
Khushbu Vinyl pvt Ltd has improved in the production and got a good market.

Slowly Company is increasing his production and the owner is making


all the efforts to survive in the market.

Company has struggled a lot as there are only 5 companies which


makes flex banners. As recently government made a rule of plastic ban

at that time company was in danger. Now company was receiving very
low orders due to the new rule. At that time company was suffering from
great loss. Owner was tensed as he was not getting proper guidance and
production was also low.

After some time company got a new partner who guided him and now
again company is working smoothly and is now doing a great profit.

The first slag was made in 2016. They made this slags because there
were new competitors in the market. The same flax banners company is
establishing in Surat and morbid and Ahmedabad .Due to new
compilations the production was constantly decreasing. And the second
slag was made in current year (2018) Maharashtra government recently
banned this plastic banners.

Shahnaz Husain:

Shahnaz Husain is the founder, chairperson & managing director of The Shahnaz
Husain Group. Shahnaz Husain has received international acclaim for pioneering
the Herbal beauty care movement and taking the Indian herbal heritage
of Ayurveda worldwide

In 2006, she was awarded the prestigious Padma Shri, the fourth highest
civilian award, by the Government of India for her contribution to the fields of
trade and industry.

She was invited by Harvard Business School to speak on her success


story of establishing an international brand without commercial
advertising and has also become a Harvard Case Study which is
included in its curriculum.
She has also lectured to students at Massachusetts Institute of
Technology (MIT), University of Oxford and London School of
Economics.
Shahnaz has also represented India at President Barack
Obama’s World Summit for Entrepreneurs. In 1996, she won Success
Magazine's "World's Greatest Woman Entrepreneur" award.
She has walked the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival and spoken
at the House of Lords and House of Commons in the prestigious British
Parliament.

Personal life

Shahnaz Husain is the daughter of Justice Nasir Ullah Beg, a former


Chief Justice of the Allahabad High Court and Sayeeda Begum, who
was the daughter of the commander-in-chief of the Hyderabad army.
Her grandfather, Justice Samiullah Beg, was a prominent politician of
the United Province who later served as Chief Justice of the Hyderabad
High Court. Her uncle, Mirza Hameedullah Beg, was a former Chief
Justice of India.

Shahnaz studied in La Martiniere in Lucknow and completed her


education from Queen Mary’s, Allahabad.[9] She completed her training
in cosmetic therapy and cosmetology from leading institutions of the
West, such as Helena Rubinstein, Swarzkopf, Christine Valmy, Lancome
and Lean of Copenhagen.

About The Shahnaz Husain Group

Adopting the concept of Herbal Care and Cure, Shahnaz Husain opened
her first herbal clinic in 1971 and over the next few years formed The
Shahnaz Husain Group. Shahnaz Husain has formulated therapeutic
products for specific skin and hair problems, as well as premium ranges
for skin care, such as 24 Carat Gold, Oxygen, Diamond, Pearl, Plant

privileged women, distributing tool kits for home-based businesses

2. Unique Marketing Strategies and


Innovations

Shahnaz Husain’s success was not just because of her franchise based
system but also because of her unique marketing strategies. At the time
when everybody believed in advertising for the sale of products,
Shahnaz did not rely on such commercial advertisements.

Many famous global brands like L’oreal depend on celebrities and make
them brand ambassadors to publicise their products, but this was not the
case with Shahnaz Husain. All she had for publicity through word of

mouth as she let her work speak for her. Shahnaz Husain is herself the
brand ambassador of her brand.

Shahnaz Husain started her franchise system in such a way that it could
help the women to get financially independent as well as be good for her
business as well.

She always wanted the women to be financially independent. So, she


started training the ladies in beauty and offered them Shahnaz Herbal
name.

This gave the housewives the opportunity to start a career of their own
and be financially independent while being close to their families and
also became beneficial for her franchise as well.

Beauty diva Shahnaz Husain's business acumen on how to


establish an international brand without publicity has been
included in teaching curriculum for budding manager of Harvard
Business School, Boston.

Even at a time when there is cut-throat fierce competition,
Shahnaz's products have sustained without commercial
advertisement. She runs a chain of over 400 global franchises
and 600-odd distributors.

Shahnaz was given a big break in festival of Indian London in
1980 by then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
Her entire consignment was sold in three days in face of fierce
competition in perfumery section in Selfridges and till today,
Shahnaz is the only Indian Ayurvedic beauty brand selling at
Selfridges.
She also received the World's Greatest Woman Entrepreneur
Award by U.S. based business magazine in recognition of her
international achievements and global standing.
She received the Padma Shri Award in 2006 and was invited by
Harvard Business School to speak on how she established an
international brand without commercial advertising.

She calls herself "A package deal with India".


Last fortnight the package was labelled when the New York-
based Success magazine gave Shahnaz Husain the World's
Greatest Woman Entrepreneur Award.
"This is even more important than recognition from my own
people," says Husain.
