ACTIVITY NO. 1
MEDIA USE LOG

Objective: The learners shall be able to create a log of their use and interaction with media
and information providers to aid in their understanding of media and information literacy.

Instructions:
In a ½ sheet of paper (crosswise), think of the previous week, and record your use and
interaction with media and information providers (such as internet, social media, TV, radio,
newspaper, etc.). You indicate how many hours you spent engaged with each one. Do not
have to be exact, and you can estimate the number of hours you spend each week.
