determine daily job to be done by foreman chief.
 Check planting job, plant treatment and harvesting that’s been done at the superviset
afdelling so that everything is done corresponding to valid SOP.
 Check and analyse daily report and daily job detail report from chief to make sure the
accuracy and quality of the report.
 Doing daily, weekly and monthly review so that physic and cost progress
corresponding to plan.
 Keep relationship harmonization between every subordinate so that employee turn
over as small as possible.

My hobbies is travelling, hiking, swimming, fitness and futsal.
