on the translation practice

I,Trifan Adriana , the student at Free International University of Moldova, Faculty of Letters, English-
German, spent specialized practice of translation at the period of 4.12.2018-02.02.2019 at the M
Translation Center, str .Maria Cebotari 37 , Chișinău, Republik of Moldova , supervised by the
director of the translation office “ M Translation Center “.

The translation office “ M Translation Center “deals with notarial legalization translations. This office
offers translations in English, German, French, Spanish, Hungarian, Russian and Romanian and also
deal with translations of legal documents and specialized texts from all fields. Is an office available
for both individuals and legal entities.

During my specialized practice of translation I was activating at the translation office “ M Translation
Center “ , dealing with documents translation.

The practical training provided by the office helps me to develop and perform my skills in
the translation of various types of documents , and to master my abilities of ranslating in
English and Romanian.

The main task of my translation pratice included :

To improve my language skills , both in English and in mother tangue Romanian ;

To work with legal documents and specialized texts from different fields ;

To succeed me to fit in a in a team of legalized translators ;

To increase my circle of knowledge and to enrich my vocabulary ;

To better my computer and keyboarding skills : transcription, copywriting, post-editing.;

During the practice of translation at The „M Translation Center „ I had the opportunity to improve and to develop
some basic abilities . The multicultural experience put me in touch with different fields and branchs , that helped
me to penetrate in the world of business, medicine, law and many other areas.

Duet to my translation practice I understood what involves the work of a translator and what are their main
duties.
