PAYMENT

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ODOBIZ requires the full payment of the invoiced amount within 10 days from the issue date of the invoice. ODO reserves the right to refuse entry to any client
who does not pay the invoice in full and on time. The registration fee includes: conference documentation, admission to all conference sessions, lunches and
refreshments, admission to networking social breaks during the event. The registration fee does not include: travel, hotel accommodation, transfers or insurance.
2. Any cancellation within 48 hours of registration or less will entitle to a full refund. More than 30 days before the training, 50%. Less than 30 days before, no refund
can be provided. Any cancellation after 48 hours of registration, client is entitled to pay full payment and will get credit note.
3. ODOBIZ reserves the right to modify the dates and or venue of the training and to communicate such changes to all the registered participants in the shortest
possible timeframe. Such modifications shall not be considered as a cancellation and shall not entitle any refund. In case of cancellation of the training by
ODOBIZ, a full credit up to the amount will be provided to the client. This credit shall be valid for up to one year from the issue date of the invoice to attend any
ODO-sponsored events.
4. ODOBIZ cannot be held responsible for any damage arisen to or cost incurred by the participants, were they directly or indirectly due to such cancellation,
postponement or relocation.
5. Other currencies. In case that client requests payment in other than official currency (USD), ODOBIZ reserves the right to apply 8% currency risk surcharge to the
actual exchange rate.
6. ODOBIZ is granted the right to use, for promotional purposes, any material recorded at the Event, whether in photographic, audio or audio visual format, without
time limitation and in any format. The attendees hereby give up any privacy rights they might have due to their presence at the Event.
7. Any terms or conditions contained in the client’s acceptance which contradict or are different from the terms and conditions of this registration document shall
not become part of the contract unless individually negotiated with ODOBIZ and expressly accepted by ODOBIZ.
