Personal Mission Statement

Mission Statement: “That the Church may have a thorough and complete knowledge of who

God is, for them to live a life according to His Word, and not be deceived by the enemy.”

I am a servant, a pastor, and a teacher of God. I aim to be a Pastor who is according to

God’s heart. The Bible says: “And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall

feed you with knowledge and understanding” (King James Version Jer. 3.15). I am a visionary,

filled with love, wisdom, and discernment. I aim to walk in the truth. I have a real passion for

teaching the Word and deepen in it. I have a teachable spirit, and I let God guide me as he did

with Moses. I love to guide others to intensify in the Word and grow spiritually. I want people to

understand their value and identity in Christ.

According to the Personal Branding Assessment, people see me as a leader with integrity,

transparency, passion, who is respectful, honest, who likes to give back, serve, with discernment,

reliability, and innovation. I was really impressed that both my Pastor and my wife who were the

people who filled the questionnaire said that I won’t bend my values for the system. That is so

true about me. I have been in situations where I had to choose to gain “acceptance with certain

people” and my values as a Christian man. I always have determined to be the Christian man

God wants me to be.

The Personal Branding Assessment also confirmed abilities that I always thought I had,

and others that I wasn’t so sure. It was really affirming to read different answers. I also liked to

see the negative side that these two important people in my life saw of me. My Pastor mentioned

that I sometimes needed to say “no,” and my wife said that I overthink about things, especially

the ones that might hurt me. I really must work on these things.

All I can say is that God is the center of my life, the center of my ministry, and my

everything. The Bible says: “He hath chosen us in Him before the foundation of the world, that

we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, having predestined us to be His own

adopted children by Jesus Christ, according to the good pleasure of His will (…)” (21st Century

King James Version Eph. 1.4-6) Wow, we are chosen by him before the foundation of the world.

This is amazing to think of.

I always go by what the Bible says: “The preparation of the heart in man, and the answer

of the tongue is from the Lord” (21st Century King James Version Prov. 16.1). In other words, I

can think of doing, saying things, but in the end, God has the final answer. Today I say like

Moses said: “If Your Presence does not go with us, do not bring us up from here” (New King

James Version Ex. 33.15-17). I want to always be in his perfect will for my life.

I am a firm believer that “The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge, but fools

despise wisdom and instruction” (New International Version Prov 1.7). God is wisdom, God is

the beginning of all knowledge. Jesus is my Savior, and without him, we can do nothing. The

Bible says: “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear

much fruit; apart from me, you can do nothing” (New International Version John 15.5-7). I

understand this, and I know that apart from the Lord I cannot do anything.
