1. General description
1) The meters are used as a brake-indicator when generator drive
into electrical net operation. When the voltage of generator which
are ready for operation is accordant with the electrical-net
voltage,when the generator frequency is close to the electrical-
net frequency,the LED of the meter will begin to display slowly.
The brake begin to close and the electrical net begin to combine
when the SYNC LED light. The generator will be operated
into the electrical net after the electrical net combined. The
Synchronoscopes are used to indicate the frequency-error and
phase-error between the generator and electric network.
2) The meter is designed compositively by single chip with
advanced arithmetic and accurate control.

3. Application Instruction
1) The working condition of the front panel indicator is showed as
following picture

2) LED indicates the instant phase error ΔФ. The resolution ratio
of red LED is 15º.
The resolution ratio of green LED is 3º within ±15ºof synchro-
point. During normal operation period, only one LED lights
among the circular bar graph, the position of which indicates
practical phase error.

3) The parameters of Synchronization node output setting

Users can switch on by synchronoscope, accurately set up three
parameters before turn on: voltage difference(∆ U), frequency
difference (∆ F) and ahead time (Time), In order to make sure the
security of the generating system, when it’s turn on
synchronoscope temporarily invalid, but it will work next time. The
parameters of each file are set by the 16 rotating coding switch
(0 ~ F), each corresponding switch each stall parameters as
following table

4) Users can find the fault of codes switch as soon as possible

through the indicator light’s position of the panel. Voltage
difference (∆ U), frequency difference (∆ F) and Time (Time)
coding switch shows about three seconds in turn. If the LED
light that is in the position of 12 o’clock flash ,that represent the
switch position is 0, if the LED lights flash in clockwise direction,

that show the switch locations should plus 1, the same to F. At

the top If the left three green LED which are on the top flash in
turn, it shows that the voltage difference (∆ U), frequency
difference (∆ F) and Time (Time) are set up.
5) Closing conditions for synchronization pulse output:
a.The difference between UBB and UGEN is less than ∆ U × Un
b.The difference between the Fgen and Fbus frequency is less
than ∆ F
c.At the moment the phase difference turn to 0 º, the ahead
time equivalent to TIME If the three conditions were achieved
at the same time meet, the synchronous closing pulse would
be output.

6. Notice
1) Please make the correct connection according to the connect
diagram.
2) Please cut off the power before connection
3) Please do not inject too high voltage which is over the required
voltage, if not it will cause the meter into trouble.
4) Please do not use the meters when it is under condensation
conditions
5) When the meter is used around uncovered and electriferous
objects, please do not touch the electriferous part. Please use
the plastic gloves or other protective equipments at that time.
