AFFIDAVIT

I, MARILYN R. ODOÑO, Filipino citizen, of legal age, and resident

of B7 L3 Dexterville Royale Subd., San Nicolas II, Dasmariñas City, Cavite,
Philippines after being duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and
state: That - -

1. That I am the mother of SHANNEL O. LAVARRO who was born on

AUGUST 17, 2006 at Dasmariñas City, Cavite and SHARFEIGH
O. LAVARRO who was born on AUGUST 20, 2007 at Dasmariñas
City, Cavite.

2. That their biological father is JEAGER LAVARRO.

3. That my children were required to submit Certificate of

Baptismals but we were unable to provide one because of the
reason of our religion (IGLESIA NI CRISTO) does not issue such
documents.

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and

veracity of the foregoing and for whatever legal purpose the same
may serve;
