Precedence of work for HVAC and FF installation

A. General concepts of HVAC installation

- All installation begins from the bottom of the building
- All ventilation and Air conditioning risers should pass through utility/mechanical rooms

First Fix

1. Hanging of Fan Coil Units

2. All Duct construction before fixing the false ceilings
3. All fire dampers and volume dampers
4. All Chiller to Indoor units piping’s before false ceilings

Second Fix

1. Installation of jet fans for car parking

2. Pipe and duct insulation
3. Installation of ventilation fixtures alongside ceiling construction

Final fix

1. Placing all HVAC outdoor machines in the roof floor

2. Duct to machine connection
3. Chiller to chiller pipe connection
4. Chiller to pump connection
5. Wall mounted thermostat installation
6. Carbon sensor installation for car parking area
7. Leakage test
 B. General concepts of FF installation
- All installation begins from the bottom of the building
- All Fire hydrant and sprinkler risers should pass through utility/mechanical rooms

First Fix

o Hanging of all horizontal pipes inside false ceilings

o Fixing vertical hydrant line

Second Fix

o Fixing sprinkler alongside false ceiling installation

o Fixing of Fire hydrant cabinet
o Installation of fire suppuration system for kitchen
o Installation of fuel tank for diesel pump

Final fix

o Fixing of fire sensors

o Installation of GRP tanker and fire pump station
o Fixing of pressure reducing station
o Fixing of Dry chemical powder and CO2 fire extinguisher
o Fixing of Nozzle, horn, air sampling and control boards of fire suppuration system
o Integrated Control board for jockey, electrical and diesel pumps
o Leakage test
