Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 16 and 66 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act
1994 [Act 514], the Minister makes the following regulations:

1. Citation and commencement.

These Regulations may be cited as the Occupational Safety and Health (Employers' Safety and
Health General Policy Statements) (Exception) Regulations 1995 and shall be deemed to have
come into force on the 25th February 1994.

2. Exception.

Section 16 of the Act shall apply to every employer and every self-employed person except those who
carry on an undertaking with not more than five employees.
