Ms. Kerrigan and her son, Christopher Leonard, have been the vietims of alleged ‘mortgage fraud and forgery. Mr. Leonard believes a number of federal laws have been violated ‘regarding the mortgage in the name of Ms. Kerrigan and her late husband William Kerrigan, ‘The issue stems from an adjustable rate mortgage that Derise Kerrigan noticed on the mortgage following the passing of her husband, William Kerrigan, in December 2007. Ms. Kerrigan's ‘mortgage increased from S1,L00moath to an unaffordable rate of approximately $3,800/month. Ms. Kerrigan stopped making payments on the mortgage in mid-2008 due tothe inerease and attempted to have the matter investigated with no resoluticn ‘Mr, Leonard attempted to investigate the issue and found « signature that was not his mother's (Denise Kerrigan) on the mortgage even though it spelled her name, On 9/1/2017 Denise Kerrigan received a "90 Day Right to Cure” for $244,000.00 from Fays Servicing LLC. ‘Christopher Leonard states that he was advised to file a police report for Fays Servicing to investigate the matter. Mr. Leonard has filed a police repost on 9/26/2017 with the Havechill Police Department alleging his mother, Denise A. Kerrigm isa victim of a forged signature on ‘mortgage refinance documents, Please see the attached Haverhill Police Department report. | am also including a Privacy Act Release Form signed by Me.
