Subject: Extension of tenure of the contractual appointment of CEOs in

AIXL, AIESL and AIATSL-reg.

Sir,

I am directed to refer to Air India's letter No. dated 18.01.2019 on the above
subject and to convey the approval for extension of tenure for the contractual
appointment of Shri K. Shyam Sunder, CEO, AIXL for a further period of 3 months
w.e.f. 0l .03.2019.

2. Further, AI is requested to start selection process for filling up the post of

CEO, AIESL and then, if required, a separate proposal may be moved forextension of
the existing CEO for a short period.

3. This issues with approval of competent authority
